Please note that all returns must be processed through our online portal to ensure a smooth and tracked refund process.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Manière De Voir branded tags and security ribbons remain intact.

  Generate and Attach Label

  Select your preferred return method to download your shipping label, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
